Unfortunately if you looking for answers this it’s not the place. Deciding what to do and when to do it is an ongoing battle we all face and sometimes it feels like we are losing, at least I do.

Between client projects, personal projects/passions and family life. It always seems like there is not enough time in the day. But we all know that’s not the case when we look at our screen time.

If I can spent an average of 5 hours on my phone a day, and still watch Netflix in the evening I’m sure I can find time for things I want to/meant to be doing.

But alas I still feel like I make very little progress on those things because they are hard compared to mindlessly scrolling and consuming.

pain

Pain is the worst because you know it’s not real. Starting a task can be physically painful and feel like danger. This is crazy because you aren’t in danger, your body is just working against you.

focus

And all it ready takes is a few minutes of focus and you can overcome this and flow. Then the task can become effortless.

Though times don’t last, tough people do!

I wish you all the best on whatever it is you’re working on.
